Gracine is a fantastic instructor who not only remembered our names but also provided specific feedback on our form (it would have been great if the explanations were less technical as they were sometimes a bit advanced for my understanding). I have a noticeable scar on my body, and Gracine thoughtfully inquired about it during class, even though I hadn't mentioned it at the start of the class when asked about injuries (since I have recovered). This level of consideration is rare, and I truly appreciate her attentiveness and for going the extra mile to ensure a safe practice for her students :)

    Hot Flow

    This is my second time attending this class and I forgotten how difficult the class is. The people who attended the class are 90% advance. if you’re not familiar with some of the advance poses, please think twice before booking! Although the teacher gave options, I feel like an awkward ball unable to do some of the poses. Otherwise I think the class generally love the teacher. It’s just not for me unfortunately :(
