It was a super great workout. Gave me a good sweat and made me feel good about the exercise I did for my body! Some were really difficult for me but also made me feel that if I come for a few more sessions and consistently practice I’d be able to do it better! The instructor was very nice, explained the reason for doing things, helped to correct posture etc. I also appreciate instructors who take the effort to remember names! Highly recommended!

Class requires a certain level of flexibility, core strength, and arm strength to hold yourself on the rope. Angela is a great instructor, making sure to demonstrate and assure us that the exercises are safe and we will not fall. I was falling behind a little but didn't feel neglected as Angela helped me out. Overall great class! To note that gym does not proved bath towels (for rent at $2) and locker and sweat towels are for $2 refundable deposit. If you'd like to shower, seems like there is only body soap too. I see some people just leaving their bags at the bench outside the studio too. It is still within the gym so safe enough.

We did a boxing class which was a good pace and workout. Learnt some good technical defensive and offensive. There was something to suit every level - the trainer was very knowledgeable and talked us through some tricky little techniques which I really enjoyed learning. As a whole the gym is very well equipped, they have a big mixture of classes for all round martial arts and yoga. Lots of pads, bags and a large ring.
