    Power Fusion 2- Candlelight

I started yoga because it practices to listen to your body and take breaks when needed but he often preaches about not drinking water, pushing through instead of taking a break, and not wiping the sweat off because it’ll come right back (even if it’s dripping into your nose, ears, eyes). I think he could be more mindful that people have differences in their abilities and comfort. When I take a break that’s good for my chronic pain and a great sign that I’m managing my anxiety by allowing myself a moment. That being said, Nathaniel is otherwise an amazing and creative instructor. I would continue coming to his class no matter what he said

Went for Open Gym, really clean facility! They have 2 sections. One has all the machines and cables if that’s your jam. I personally liked the other side that had more squat racks and wide open space available to do barbell cleans. Showers were very nice, I liked that they provided soap and a hair dryer in the women’s locker room. I totally forgot to grab a eucalyptus towel on the way out but I’ll surely do that next time. Parking was easy to find! Will be coming here regularly.

Amazing class! I’ve taken plenty of classes at this studio but this was my first with Rachel and she was an awesome teacher. Super encouraging, explained things clearly, gave individual attention to each student regardless of where they were at with the skills we worked on. Can’t wait to come back to this one!

Great spot gym was solid for an average lifter. , parking in the structure is a bit of a hassle if you’re not used to city parking. Guests are only allowed to park on the fourth floor or up, you enter on the ground floor, lots of turns!

Pretty small gym. There are a lot of machines and equipment which is nice. I went at 9am and it wasn't busy at all. You're able to use the equipment that you want without an issue. I'd say that there just isn't much open space for free weights, stretching, or other exercises, but it's something you can probably work around just fine.

Chill place to do some heavy lifting! They have showers there so I’m happy about that. I personally enjoyed both the accessory room and the barbell area. If you are used to garage door type of gyms, then the outdoor heat will not bother you. There are fans in there and a water station, so that’s all you really need to keep cool! Will definitely try to make it here regularly for Open Gym. Front desk is very friendly. Gym dog is very cute and has portraits everywhere lol! I love it.
