see all reviewsI started yoga because it practices to listen to your body and take breaks when needed but he often preaches about not drinking water, pushing through instead of taking a break, and not wiping the sweat off because it’ll come right back (even if it’s dripping into your nose, ears, eyes). I think he could be more mindful that people have differences in their abilities and comfort. When I take a break that’s good for my chronic pain and a great sign that I’m managing my anxiety by allowing myself a moment. That being said, Nathaniel is otherwise an amazing and creative instructor. I would continue coming to his class no matter what he said

Bianca’s energy and sense of humor make the workout fly by, and you’ll definitely feel it the next day. If you want a tough workout that’s also really fun I highly recommend.

It focuses on all parts of the body and shows you some great exercises you can even do at home. Definitely will take the class again when I’m not sore anymore. 😂

It’s definitely not your traditional barre class, which is why I love it so much because I hate barre. But it does incorporate some barre moves which I really enjoyed in that environment. Aimee was a great instructor I was surprised that she also does the moves with us! I also love the cold towel at the end of class, the cool down stretch is so nice. I also love how the studio is heated. The best barre place ever for people who hate barre or want a more amped up version!

see all reviewsExcellent class! The studio is so well manicured and clean, and I loved the heated barre class. Definitely not your typical slow paced barre class but that’s why I loved this class. It was a fusion of yoga, mat Pilates, and barre moves to target so many different smaller muscles that don’t get worked. I loved the backlit studio and the heat to encourage a sweat. Additionally, the instructor had the perfect balance between boot camp and supportive. The music was also very upbeat which I prefer. The workout definitely had me feeling it afterwards. It’s just a little tricky to find the studio, but that’s not their fault. Additionally parking was kind of tough since it’s downtown Del Mar, but again, not their fault. Overall it was an awesome class and I would definitely return!
