see all reviewsWhat a great first time experience. As an avid Lagree enthusiast, I was excited to try this amplified version of my favorite workout. Check in was a breeze, thanks to signing the waiver before class. Estella was warm and welcoming, and provided a comprehensive overview on the most tricked out mega former I've used to date. The class was challenging! I'm definitely going to feel it tomorrow. Loved the hands on corrections which isn't usual for Lagree classes. Will def be back when I'm back in town!

see all reviewsProbably my favorite Instructor ever. She was down to earth, genuinely engaged with the students, And clearly invested in the outcome of each person who attended. I did wish there were a couple of moves in this class that show up in most classes, even just for a couple minutes: plank to pike, and standing adductor/squat skate, because there's no way to do those effectively without a reformer, I would always prefer those over working with a bungee cord

see all reviewsIt was a good class! Erin was very friendly and sheās definitely one of the more relaxed BeFit instructors that Iāve had where sheās more on the supportive side instead of boot camp. She helped me with my form and did a good job with the structure and flow of the class!

see all reviewsI enjoy classes here. Including this one! However, Several of the mega reformers are old and in need of replacement. With uneven, worn out cushion made for an uneven base during our leg series which made my knee joint unstable, as weight was excessively distributed back and forth from the arch of my foot to the edge of the foot. Considering the cost of classes here. Iām hoping to see some new reformers soon.

see all reviewsSacha per usual gets 5 stars!!! The clients however get zeroā¦ I came early to purchase socks because PPLJ has the best selection !! I put my things on my machine and went to purchase and when I got back to my machine, someone else was on it and looked put out when I mentioned that my things had already been placed on it. I had 5 min left before class and ran to use the bathroom and by the time I got back another client was perched on the machine MY THINGS WERE ONā¦ THEN a client that had taken the previous class decided NOW was the time to have a conversation with someone taking the current class, next to me, blocking the machine that everyone else kept taking. And the class had started!! Not sure if thereās a platinum PPLJ membership where one gets to act entitled with no rules or common courtesy towards anyone but maybe that should be advertised to everyoneā¦
