This was my first SoulCycle class ever and I absolutely loved it!! The studio was clean and well equipped, and the staff members were lovely and super professional. The class had incredible music and pacing, and it truly made me SWEAT. I adore Anaya, she had the best energy and was sooo helpful throughout. Even though it was my first class, it was easy to follow along and figure out the choreography. I also love that there were ab and arm exercises built into the workout. This class was 10/10 easily!

I’ve always been enjoying Erin’s class but this one went beyond expectations! I’ve been suffering from lower back pain recently due to my bad posture working in front of a desk. The tricky part is that, because I’m pretty flexible to start with, it’s hard for me to get the deep stretch I need without overstretching and hurt the muscles. The class helped me gradually warm up the muscle groups and let me get the deepest stretch that my body was craving for. It’s challenging yet not too difficult that you can still adjust based on your level.

I recently tried this yoga studio for the first time and had the pleasure of taking a class with Liz. From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very sweet, which was incredibly comforting. As someone who is usually very self-conscious and prone to anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in. However, Liz's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. Her instruction was clear and calming, and the atmosphere in the studio was so inviting, especially with the dim lighting, which helped create a peacetul, grounding environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire class. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. If you're someone who feels anxious or out of place in group settings, I highly recommend Liz's class - she truly made a difference in helping me feel at ease. 🫶🏻

Since I can’t wear earplugs, and have sensitive ears due to the infection, the pain from the instruction was too much and I had to leave class half way through.

    CONDITIONING: UPPER BODY (INTERMEDIATE)

This class is challenging in the best way, and Natalia is incredible. I appreciated her tough love but also wanting the best for me. I loved the team spirit effort and encouragement from the rest of the class. As this was my first time attending a class here. I was nervous to come to this class, but I can't wait to return in the new year. I also appreciate the kind words from the manager, John, and the front desk clerk, James. This place is like no other place I have been, and I think what they're creating at Tone House is unique and very special. Take a class today!

Mark is an inspiring teacher who has just the right phrase to motivate. And elevate your practice and at the same time open and allow deep and profound meditation. A student can tell when a teacher is dedicated to the practice as much as they are - that’s the fact of Mark.

I always think this is going to be more low-key, like mat pilates, but it deeply is not. It's a good sweat; a low-impact HIIT workout using light weights and other props.
