I really appreciated when the instructor told us which muscle we were working bc some of the movements were pretty unfamiliar and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to be feeling. Overall I really feel like the instructor made this a great experience and I’d love to go back!

see all reviewsI enjoyed GIFT Fitness way more than I thought I would. It is a supportive, comfortable, and safe environment. I loved how challenging yet laid-back it was. More importantly, they emphasize mental, intellectual, and emotional wellness just as much as physical and even have books that you can borrow to read. Any gym you can browse books in is a 10 for me! Preston, the trainer, had a lot of knowledge and was such a fantastic guide. I will definitely be back!

At times, he was a bit harsher than I needed for kickboxing, felt more personal trainer-like. But, the workout was a great one. The only reason it was 4 starts was due to the lack of cleaning the equipment. That is a bit of a concern. We washed out hands, but didn't clean off the equipment we used. This is a bit concerning.
