    The instructor was so kind and helpful and made sure us first timers felt confident about the class! The actual class was harder than I expected which was good. I really appreciated when the instructor told us which muscle we were working bc some of the movements were pretty unfamiliar and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to be feeling. Overall I really feel like the instructor made this a great experience and I’d love to go back!

    I enjoyed GIFT Fitness way more than I thought I would. It is a supportive, comfortable, and safe environment. I loved how challenging yet laid-back it was. More importantly, they emphasize mental, intellectual, and emotional wellness just as much as physical and even have books that you can borrow to read. Any gym you can browse books in is a 10 for me! Preston, the trainer, had a lot of knowledge and was such a fantastic guide. I will definitely be back!

    Personalized small group workout with real time supportive feedback to improve form. The instructor was energetic, motivational and the soundtracks played were all perfectly queued for one more set. I had to “carry my legs out” at the end of the class. If you want to reach your 2025 goals, this is it! You just have to get lost in the music & move. For transparency, I used a class-pass to sample the class, so review is based on legs & abs with Saddiq.

    Women Kickboxing/Self Defense

    Cirilo was great. He pushed me, and was also very funny. He was able to make modifications for my needs. At times, he was a bit harsher than I needed for kickboxing, felt more personal trainer-like. But, the workout was a great one. The only reason it was 4 starts was due to the lack of cleaning the equipment. That is a bit of a concern. We washed out hands, but didn't clean off the equipment we used. This is a bit concerning.
