see all reviewsMy first class at this studio and I’m already hooked! I took the hot yoga sculpt class yesterday morning and it was such a great experience. The studio was clean and had a really welcoming atmosphere and everyone was encouraging, which made it easy to jump in even though I hadn’t done yoga in years. The class itself was challenging (it definitely kicked my butt!) but I felt amazing afterward. The instructor was excellent. He explained the moves clearly, made sure everyone’s form was correct, and kept the energy motivating throughout. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a class that pushes you while still feeling supportive.
