see all reviewsGreat instructor and a very challenging class. It will help if you have prior experience in a hot yoga or Bikram class. Like another person mentioned this is more of a non traditional style of hot yoga but you will sweat hard every inch of your body and love it. Wish I lived closer. I'll definitely be back :)

A real challenge that will leave you feeling great about what you accomplished. The only negative is that they could use more equipment as the last 2-3 people don’t get the smart bars.
