Loved the pole class (first time trying it). My only suggestion would be to suggest everyone to spread out a bit bc our poles kept hitting each other, which made it slightly less effective. It would be great if the poles were about 2inches shorter. But fun!!

76th St- New Client Orientation Class $20

Vanessa was wonderful. I was really nervous to go to Pilates for the first time but she was very patient and made me feel welcomed. They have Pilates socks at the front for purchase and they are really cute! I am definitely excited to try out a level one class.

    Core Tone & Sculpt

This studio has the best pilates reformer classes in the area (and I’ve tried many, manyyyy studios). Challenging, but has pacing slow enough for them to place a strong emphasis on correct form. I always come out their classes feeling great and strong. I wouldn’t say this class is true beginner friendly, but definitely doable once you have 1-3 classes under your belt.

    Core Reformer Small Class

This was my first class I took using class pass and it was so amazing. It ended up just being me and 2 other women in the class so the instructor was calling us all by name and it felt very personalized. I had a great workout and I plan on going back asap!

Get Ready, Get Real!- Intro Class

It's definitely a beginner friendly class. There are 5 people in a class. The instructor is very hanss on, pay close attention to all the students in the class and will push you a bit more to your limit. I was able to get the chance to learn how the reformer works and get the chance to feel the mat as well. Highly recommend this class to beginner! Also very nice and clean environment!

    Open Level Equipment

I live on the same block but had never been to a class. This was my first pilates class with the reformer, tower, etc. Deepa was so helpful and patient with an intro to the equipment and checking my form during the class. The studio is bright and clean - started and ended right on time. Would recommend even for someone new to pilates.
