    Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

Nick was amazing. So patient and helpful. I was nervous to try this studio but I feel better after taking Nick’s intro class. It is a must for beginners. He explained everything so well. He was so encouraging.

Mark is an inspiring teacher who has just the right phrase to motivate. And elevate your practice and at the same time open and allow deep and profound meditation. A student can tell when a teacher is dedicated to the practice as much as they are - that’s the fact of Mark.

Rebecca was so friendly and put me at ease for my first class. It wasn’t as difficult to figure out how to use the reformer than I thought it would be. My arms and legs were shaking. Will be back.

    Jump Board Reformer (open-level)

Loved this jump class!! I’ve done a bunch of jump board classes and there were tons of new moves that I’d never tried before. Azura is a great instructor - so happy to have this studio in Astoria!

    SLT - All Levels

I enjoyed Maya class! She gave overall good cues and corrections. Here and there it was confusing if you don’t go here often and don’t know the names of moves, or the line number is not mentioned. Also it was a bit confusing between the use of word extend vs bend. Maya gave great demos. Her class hit all body parts but was leg heavy. Could have more arms !

SO good. So happy to have Zach (back) at SLT. The class was killer but scalable to all levels. Instructions were clear and he provided a lot of individualized feedback. Hope to see him on the schedule at E 87 more!!
