see all reviewsThe space felt calming as soon as I walked in. The staff was very friendly and the instructor was wonderful. There were items available to borrow such as blocks, blankets and bolsters. For this class, the room was about 80 degrees, which I found very comfortable. I appreciated that the instructor gave multiple pose options and modifications. I left feeling great and more confident in getting back into a yoga practice.
