    Amazing energy from both Jess and the class, and great beats to cycle along to!! It was my first time ever at a spin class and Jess was very kind and patient when helping me set up with the bike and shoes. My quads were on fire and I was drenched in sweat after 30 min. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and supportive. I will definitely be back for more cycling and would love to try out boxing and pilates here too!

    Class was GREAT!!! Just be sure to look WHERE its at. When you click map it takes you to old location. New location is 15 mins away. 45 mins in the car this morning sucked. Great class.

    I recently tried a circuit training class at Bay Area Fitness and was pleasantly surprised. The gym was clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable environment for a challenging workout. The coach was knowledgeable and supportive, pushing me to my limits while ensuring proper form.
