    This was my first ever F45 class and I really enjoyed it! Both Lavonte and Jeff were very welcoming and encouraging, and they were great about correcting my posture throughout the session.     Great class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!

    The absolute best of the best. When coaches have coaches, this is where they go to train. Actual experts in their field and Markus and Patty are THE DREAM TEAM. They are brilliant and very efficient. Really great with offering up support when it comes to lifting properly and they meet their instruction with everyone with where they are at. Zero competition between clients and they really encourage you to meet and find your best stronger self.

    I was impressed by everything! The studio is super clean and the staff is so welcoming! I arrived early and was given a tour of the space and helped set up my bike. After class the instructor checked in on me to get my thoughts. As I walked out the studio I already had analytics about my bike performance emailed directly to me!

    Coach Steez was so much fun. We had a warm up, bridge set, plank set & cardio set. Before each AMRAP style set, coach demonstrated each move before we started. The music was great and we ended with stretching too. There is a parking lot with plenty of spaces too. Everyone was really friendly too. We’ll be back!

    That was an amazing Barre class, I'm sore in places I didn't know existed! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and fun. The 45-minute class was the perfect amount of time for an early afternoon class. I love that ended exactly at 11:45 so we could all get to our next commitment on time. I will absolutely be back for more!

    Great studio with friendly staff. Adaptive arts is a class actually meant for special needs students. I did not know this and booked it, but they were still able to accomodate me in the class. The staff and instructor was great and attentive. Would definitely recommend (just not the adaptive arts class unless you are a special needs).

    So much fun! Plenty of parking & a restroom available. Make sure you get there early to sign your waiver. We did half of the class on the floor with benches and weights, and the other half with a med ball on mats for mat pilates. Ended with stretching & everyone was super welcoming :)
