I would not recommend this class if you need a lot of hands on instruction or preferred to be told/reminded of the structure step by step but it was still a good workout! Lots of parking available for a downtown gym.

This was my first CrossFit experience and it was definitely challenging but the people + coach Michelle were welcoming and made me feel at ease. Each exercise was explained beforehand and modifications provided based on each person’s ability. I’m gonna be back cause I liked the welcoming community and the challenge of the workout!

I’m super new to CrossFit and lifting and he was so incredibly patient with me and offered many modifications / demo’ed to me repeatedly how to have proper form. The atmosphere was very welcoming and definitely makes me want to come back again!
