Power Flow
see all reviewsAdore the studio. Everyone is super friendly. And adjacent coffee shop ❤️ perfect combo. The studio is adequately equipped with everything you need From Yoga mats to Yogi toes and showers. Highly recommend! Only observation or desire was a little more power for a Power class. All in all; I enjoyed the experience and cannot wait to go again when I am in town!

see all reviewsThe people here are really kind, both the teacher and the woman helping check you in. I think this would be a great class for someone looking to try a hot vinyasa flow — felt accesible but not in a bad way, and the technology in the room made it so that it was a gradual heating up and cooling down of the room, great for both new and seasoned hot yoga folks.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed Rafi’s class format and instruction. The only challenge I had was hearing her at times. Her voice is very soft, and with a full class and the music playing, it was difficult to catch all of the cues.

see all reviewsI have yoga'd many a place and the new BodyRiot building might be the best studio I have ever been to. The place offers so much with great variety, a clean space, and friendly welcoming staff. As for the flow today, I really enjoyed it. The progression felt natural. Each flow modification built onto the next and my body felt strong, warmed up, and ready to expand past my limits. Lindsay dropped some lore about the moon at the end of class, which was cool. I would have loved to have her layer the moon lore throughout the class and tie it to the moments that we were experiencing, rather than just as parting savasana thoughts. Lindsay had good peojection and presence around the room - making sure the class felt seen and acknowledged, but I would have loved to have seen her offer adjustments or assists to take us deeper and empower us in our postures.

see all reviewsI’m always nervous about parking but it was so spacious with plenty of parking. Super easy to find the place and once I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. I got a quick tour and rundown of the session and felt really well supported the whole time (this was my first time trying hot yoga). At the end of the session, the instructor thanked me (like what?!) and then the whole class clapped in celebration of my first class. It was so sweet and embarrassing. I have never sweat so much in my life!! Truly loved my experience! Would 100% come back!

see all reviewsSo much fun! Our class was small which I like and everyone was supportive of each other, and everyone at different experience levels. Our instructor was so friendly and had so many movement progressions and was able to explain in very easy to understand language-great teaching. I didn’t think I would have been able to do a front flip by the end of class but I did!!! Will be back for sure!

David is an amazing teacher, the levels of consciousness and awareness that he brings is something that needs to be experienced. The focus was stillness and the entire experience was something I’ll never forget. Immense gratitude for the safe space to be able to get deeper into self and soul. Highly recommend.
