    Power Flow with Music

    Jake remains an exceptional yoga instructor. He consistently challenges you, and you can expect noticeable progress in your practice with every class. Unlike other instructors who maintain a repetitive routine for weeks, Jake adapts and introduces new poses to keep you engaged and challenged.

    Power Vinyasa (unheated)

    Lovely space, great teacher, fun and challenging flow. They weren't kidding about the parking. I was two blocks away and I think I got lucky. Maybe only because this was an early morning class, but definitely give yourself plenty of time if you're driving

    Y6 Sculpt & Flow

    I took the 7:30 am sculpt & flow class. The teacher was fun, the space was clean, I liked the hot girl playlist, and the colored lighting was nice to get into the right headspace for pushing through those hard reps. The class is high energy and will whoop you in a good way! I am a bit out of shape and struggled to keep up the whole time, but I still really enjoyed it and am hungry for more (: This is a heated class- warm enough to get a good sweat but not stiflingly hot. I really enjoyed the fast paced yoga warm up to loud music! Great way to kick off the morning (;

    Heated Vinyasa (LL)

    Really great studio and instructor! Loved my first time here. I did a heated vinyasa class. I had done a heated class elsewhere years ago and didn’t like it but this was great! I will be back!

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

    I liked that Chenoa focused on form. Sometimes YS instructors move so quickly that it can be difficult to focus on your form. I told Chenoa after class that the music could've been a tad louder during cardio but otherwise for a newer instructor- she's doing great! Would definitely take her class again.

    Heated Vinyasa Flow

    First class at Yogariot was nice. Very full class on a Friday 10am after a holiday. Would not recommend for a beginner, you get audio-only cues from the instructor so you need to know what each pose is as they are called out. Maybe the regulars aren’t used to staggering in order to share space? I’m visiting from NYC where classes are usually full with only 3-4” between mats. Instructor could cue more effectively to help everyone get a good class with limited space.

    Cannabis Centric Yoga

    This was a great experience! I liked how creative David is combining cannabis, yoga and nidra. He is very welcoming and had cannabis samples and oranges for us. I recommend checking it out if you’re free on a Saturday night. I’ll be back for sure. The studio is SO cute but wear some layers or a jacket bc it is pretty chilly in there.
