    Power Vinyasa (unheated)

    Lovely space, great teacher, fun and challenging flow. They weren't kidding about the parking. I was two blocks away and I think I got lucky. Maybe only because this was an early morning class, but definitely give yourself plenty of time if you're driving

    The instructor was great. Space is nice however it might just be a personal thing I think it’s weird Y6 does the cues and doesn’t name postures but to each their own.

    Y6 Sculpt & Flow

    I took the 7:30 am sculpt & flow class. The teacher was fun, the space was clean, I liked the hot girl playlist, and the colored lighting was nice to get into the right headspace for pushing through those hard reps. The class is high energy and will whoop you in a good way! I am a bit out of shape and struggled to keep up the whole time, but I still really enjoyed it and am hungry for more (: This is a heated class- warm enough to get a good sweat but not stiflingly hot. I really enjoyed the fast paced yoga warm up to loud music! Great way to kick off the morning (;

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

    I liked that Chenoa focused on form. Sometimes YS instructors move so quickly that it can be difficult to focus on your form. I told Chenoa after class that the music could've been a tad louder during cardio but otherwise for a newer instructor- she's doing great! Would definitely take her class again.

    Heated Vinyasa Flow

    First class at Yogariot was nice. Very full class on a Friday 10am after a holiday. Would not recommend for a beginner, you get audio-only cues from the instructor so you need to know what each pose is as they are called out. Maybe the regulars aren’t used to staggering in order to share space? I’m visiting from NYC where classes are usually full with only 3-4” between mats. Instructor could cue more effectively to help everyone get a good class with limited space.

    Original 26 Hot Hatha Bikram Yoga

    I recently attended the Original 26 Hot Hatha Bikram Yoga class at Agni Yoga, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and professionalism. The studio is immaculate, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The instructor was fantastic—knowledgeable, encouraging, and passionate about yoga. Their guidance through the 26-posture sequence was precise and supportive, helping me push my limits while ensuring I practiced safely. Their attention to alignment and breathing techniques made a noticeable difference in my practice. The heat in the room was perfectly calibrated, enhancing flexibility and promoting a deep, cleansing sweat without being overwhelming. The class was well-paced, allowing for both challenge and recovery. I appreciated the instructor's emphasis on mindfulness and self-awareness throughout the session. Overall, the Original 26 Hot Hatha Bikram Yoga class at Agni Yoga is a top-notch experience for anyone looking to deepen their practice. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class offers a well-rounded, invigorating workout that refreshes and rejuvenates. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality yoga practice in a serene environment.
