LOVED Jordyn’s energy. She kept asking us if we trust her, and while it was my first class with her — I did! And I loved that language. I also appreciated how she went over to the newbies to welcome them at the beginning and even checked in during class. Made everyone feel welcome. It was a themed class so the playlist was great — but I’d definitely take another one of her classes.

The instructors seem to act as air traffic controllers more than coaches. their main purpose seems to be to read the screen and then guide you to the next station, because the flow is otherwise incredibly confusing. In a class with two instructors I didn’t see either of them give a single correction or note to a full class of people. F45 is like the Cava of workout classes.
