see all reviewsI did the rookie class as I would say I’m an experienced gym-goer but have never done CrossFit before. The moves of the workout were explained and you could select a weight you felt comfortable and then we did a 20 minute work out. Short but definitely got the heart rate up and the sweat dripping. I wouldn’t say that the exercise explanations were very technical though and I was slightly concerned by some of the deadlift techniques I saw so I was greatful I have some prior lifting experience. Overall, the vibes were good and I would come again.
