The vinyasa sequence was beautiful and perfectly paced, the teacher was amazing, inspiring and genuinely welcoming. Can't recommend this place enough. I'm already planning to come back next time I'm in Miami Beach.

They know exactly how to push you past the point where youâd quit on yourself. I honestly give thanks for them and this class - it gets me to work out hard. Part of me doesnât want to leave this review because Iâd rather keep this class a secret⊠but they deserve every bit of recognition. Just be preparedâyouâll probably hate it while youâre doing it, and youâll absolutely love it when itâs done and what it does for you.
