I found the instructions tricky at times, as half the class is facing different directions so my “right” and “left” were mixed up and the instructor had to correct me. Probably more my issue than anyone else’s. I would love to come back.

Loved how engaging he was with everyone in the class, which made it a lot more fun and motivating. I completely forgot his name but I’m hoping that he can teach some more here in the Brunswick studio.

This class however I was impressed by how much attention there was to ensuring everyone was practicing correctly and safely - checking in with us and often asking which muscles we felt the burn which I find very useful in ensuring I am doing the right thing. It’s one of the only classes I’ve done where I felt I was pushed to the limit. 5 stars!

Nucalm was really relaxing once I got into it, had an out-of-body experience, then fell asleep! I did feel a bit concerned about my belongings during as they were behind a curtain with me and I couldn’t hear/see anything but eventually let it go. I couldn’t have done more than 30mins for my first Infrared but loved it and used the ice bath after. Clean shower space for after, I really enjoyed and will be back :)

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with such a warm, friendly welcome, and everything just kept getting better from there. Belle took excellent care of me. She asked if I had any concerns before the massage, explained what would happen during the session, and gave me options if I had personal preferences. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and kept checking in on how I was feeling. We also had a lovely chat throughout the process. It was my first time doing a lymphatic drainage massage, and I would say I had the best experience so far. Thank you for an amazing session—I will definitely come back again and tell my friends!

Basic sauna, didn’t have the colour light therapy, but did have the ability to plug in AUX for music. The room was pretty bright, would be nice to be dark and dimly lit. There were a couple of clean towels for use, no drinking water, but I had my own. Cleanliness wasn’t the highest of standards I’ve experienced in other saunas, you could see sweat stains on the walls and floor, and the wooden shower mat was covered in black mould. Overall I got my sweat on and it was a good price.
