The studio has great amenities and feels high-quality both in its classes and overall environment. see all reviewsI recently tried the Bodyweight Strength class, and it was a really new experience for me compared to what I’ve done before. It blends strength, mobility, and calisthenics in a way I wasn’t used to—more of a free-flow style than just copying a teacher. The instructor was great, guiding us clearly, and even though I found the choregraphy tricky—like figuring out which arm or leg to move first—it really challenged me in a positive way. I’ll probably come back for a challange

see all reviewsI had an absolutely wonderful experience! My instructor was wonderful—she's so friendly and explains everything in such a clear, easy-to-understand way. She really set a positive tone for the day, and I left feeling so energized. The space was perfect, too—nice and comfortable with fans running, so it wasn't stuffy at all. I'd highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

see all reviewsIt was really fun! The sequence and flow were dynamic. Recommend for intermediate and advanced. They teach in Portuguese + simple English but it was enough to me. I’ve been doing pilates more than 3+ years so maybe it was not hard for me to follow the instructions(i speak zero Portuguese) but i think if you catch things quick, would be fine! Not sure about Circuit class, I took 1.5 on Saturday and it was way too easy. Even easier than stretching class they are running. It doesn’t reflect the description or level. So maybe avoid weekends class or choose right instructor. I would go with Tomas
