see all reviewsReally enjoyed the class! More of a classical mat pilates class. It was a small class, 7 mats total, so it felt more personal compared to classes I’ve taken at other studios where there’s like 15 mats. The instructor was very nice! She also corrected our form when needed. The heat was more warm than hot. Hope they can increase it more in the future. Will take more classes!

He even taught us the history of Pilates which was great because as you’re doing the movement you make connections of the origin of the exercise! I will be back :)
