It was challenging in the way that I knew I would be better and stronger for having taken the class. The music was on point and made the class even more fun! She is positive and welcoming and I can’t wait to go back and take more classes from her!

see all reviewsThis was my first ever true yoga class and definitely my first ever heated class. Carrie was awesome! She explained how it would go when I first got there and had modifications for most of the movements. As a plus sized gal, I’m usually pretty nervous at group fitness classes, but yoga box was GREAT!

see all reviewsLoved the vibe of class and the yummy tea for fall equinox! I appreciate the posture cues as it really helps me deepen my practice. I was taught that the practice is in the pause so I wish the flow sequence was slowed down like .5 seconds… in most classes I’ve taken here it feels rushed but overall I still enjoy it and keep coming back for more!

see all reviewsVery pleasantly surprised, not only with this class, but the instructor, community, and studio. I've grown accustomed to studios shuffling you in and out seemingly barely noticing you were ever there. Grace's class was perfectly challenging and empowering and felt great, and she took the time to connect with me and tell me more about the studio afterward. The community all chatted with me about their favorite classes afterward and seemed so down to earth, kind, and made me feel like they really wanted me to come back - so I will!

see all reviewsAwesome class! Definitely moving the majority of the time, so I would consider this upbeat yoga class! I think it was moderate to hard depending on how much you want to push yourself! I haven’t done yoga in years and could keep up decently well overall, but I was dripping sweat the whole class lol! Instructor and playlist were so fun and upbeat! Would come back :)

see all reviewsloved terri’s class! her flow was challenging and fun, and i loved that she let us play with new poses like baby crow. this was my first time at this core power location and it was very clean and well cared for. i also love that they left more space between marked spots than i’ve noticed at most studios i’ve been to. so even tho class was full, you have space to move around without potentially punching or kicking someone in every direction. will definitely be back for terri’s classes in the future!

see all reviewsI loved the yoga sculpt class and the instructor’s energy! I appreciate her trying to mix things up, but the Halloween and Disney villain music made it difficult to get into a rhythm and move with the beat. The music choices didn’t quite blend with the flow of a yoga class, especially during cool down. Overall, I really enjoyed the actual class itself !!
