see all reviewsI’ve taken a few classes with Maddie now and really enjoy them. I like that she spends more time in each position to really burn out the muscle instead of switching it up every 30 seconds and getting nothing out of it. Last night was a little long using the straps for abs though, felt like it was too much strain on the neck for 10 minutes straight. Otherwise great class!

Anna’s class is quite the challenge but she always provides alternative move for those that may need some assistance and guidance. Pace is good and temperature of the room also good.
