Core Burn *IN STUDIO*
see all reviewsLove the energy of the instructors, the heated red light studio, the workouts themselves are CHALLENGING, but so worth it. After class, the instructors help put equipment back which seems like a small action, but is such a wonderful touch after an intense work out - & that’s not even mentioning the cold towel they place on your forehead with a slight massage motion. I’ve the done core burn & barre classes and love both. Honestly my FAV class I’ve found on class pass as a girl who’s tried several yoga, barre, pilates, & strength training classes in ATL & Jersey!

see all reviewsI liked the focus on upper, lower, core, and cardio. The heated aspect was a little tough for me personally. The weather was really nice out today too so I’m sure that contributed to the heat in the class. It’s only been my second class at Impact and I’m really loving thus, looking forward to taking more classes :)

see all reviewsHonestly did not expect this to be such a hard workout but I mean that in a good way! I sweat so much. I loved the push ups & ankle weights. I would politely suggest that someone dust the fan towards the back of the room - it is cakes with thick dust and that can’t be good to breathe in. Also the toilet seat was covered in period blood underneath :/ I felt too weird to say that to the instructor in person and it was not from me or I would have cleaned it up.

I'm admittedly a bit out of shape and Kelly was awesome about showing adaptations to the exercises that you could do if you weren't quite up to the full version, and I didn't feel bad if I couldn't keep up. Great for all levels, but expect to be SORE the next day!

see all reviewsThe studio was serene and immaculate. I had a wonderful time in the playground class with Spencer. I have been taking Pilates mat and reformer on and off for >30 years but I have never seen the toys that were featured in this class. A kind of missile with handgrips which challenges your balance and core and TRX were among my favorites. The teacher was chill and magnetic and made helpful corrections in the class. Recommend!

It’s described as the fundamentals and think that’s accurate - beginners would feel welcome here but someone who has done Ashtanga before would still enjoy the pared down primary sequence and getting to skip jump backs and forwards if desired. Carlotta was lovely and very encouraging, offering assists and advice throughout. It might not be intense enough for a hardcore Ashtangi, but for the rest of us it was a wonderful start to a Sunday
