    This a great class for yoga beginners!!! If you’re a seasoned yogi, lower expectations and beware: you do not bring a mat/towel to this class… this is more of a stretching class than anything. The front staff is very friendly and welcoming. The instructor was great at providing modifications. It was environment that is very inclusive of all shapes & sizes. The heat is barely noticeable, around maybe 80-85 degrees. Great class for anybody who feels out of shape, is recovering from an injury, recently had a baby, or is just looking for a low impact way to ease back into full body movements.

She makes the effort to greet me each time, which I do appreciate. Aaron was supportive, created alternatives for those with less experience, and motivated us to keep going (and supported me when I needed to stop).     I absolutely love Caresse’s CycleStrength class. She really encourages you to push your limits but also isn’t on top of you if you’re deciding to take it a bit lighter that day. It’s very much a choose-your-intensity type of thing but she’s always paying attention to your form and explaining the movements. It also helps that she’s an athlete constantly looking to optimize wellness and performance so a lot of the exercises during the strength portion are full body, functional, and very unique. If you’re anything like me, I find they’re incredibly helpful circuits if you’re a runner (regardless of whether you’re advanced or a newbie like myself) or are someone that sits for long periods of time. I also love that the classes are pretty intimate, so classes range from 2-7 people. Highly recommend!

I think these classes are too expensive, too far offa drive, and for some of us they take time out of our workday for us to not know what we’re getting into until we get there. this is the second time that this has happened when a regularly scheduled class was actually being taught by someone else.     After hearing so many great feedback about Title and Tom, finally I found the no-traffic day to try: thanks Tom for working on Independent Day! People were so friendly here. The instructor and manager, Tom, is so passionate and professional toward boxing. He KNOWS. Tom gave an orientation to first timers and it was so helpful for both experienced and new boxers. Regarding the class itself, everyone would find it challenging and fun despite each individual’s boxing experience! And I understand why they require first-timers to arrive at least 15 minutes early: the orientation is crucial (and would significantly ease your nerve if you are a beginner). Thanks Tom!     I am not a morning person but I do the 7 am now. Day 2 really and I loved the class and looking forward to joining them daily. It’s a great location right off 940. Classes are early so you can start the day and I notice I feel a lot better. I have a bigger why than before e due to post partum depression and anxiety and if anyone is going through this you must take this class. This gym is perfect size and owners and trainers are kind and personable. They know you by 1st names but it’s not intimidating. You can get at your own pace and she constantly corrects your form so makes you keep coming back. Run towards this place !!!

    Reformer Pilates: ATHLETIC REFORMER PILATES

    I highly recommend taking a class with Cathy. My first time at Circuit Works and everyone was friendly. Clean studio with good natural lighting. I’m a pilates beginner and really liked her traditional teaching method. She really prioritizes slowing down and proper technique! Challenging class but I will be back. Thank you, Cathy!
