Meredith was a great instructor, fully explaining each pose and giving modifications to make flow easier/more challenging. The only critique I have is the size of the class; they should definitely cap the class at a few less people so we can at least have arms length distance from the next person.

Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! One move was particularly challenging for me, and Natalie celebrated in my success like it was her own when I mastered it.
