    Long, hot class so it requires patience and perseverance (less so skill). Instructor talks pretty fast but there likely will be experienced class attendees in the room to watch as an excellent visual reference. Overall, welcoming place and recommend giving it a try if you’re curious what the practice is all about!

    I had done a few starter/intro classes which I felt comfortable in, but was nervous to take it to the next level. I booked in for the foundation class and I’m so glad I did - Maddy was a fantastic instructor, really taking the time to explain the explain the exercises and giving reassurance whilst keeping up a good pace. She also took the time after class to check in on how we were feeling and give positive feedback. I feel like this was the perfect class to bridge beginners and the full body classes. Thank you Maddy!

    Pilates Equipment - Sculpt with Props

    Brandon is fantastic! I love how he challenges and corrects technique. He corrected a huge alignment thing with my feet that nobody else ever mentioned and it drastically changed my workout and will hopefully improve my posture and entire body alignment. It’s not a fast-paced class, but you really feel the burn.

    Instructor was very patient and I got an amazing workout in. The space is clean with a water station and mirrors all around so you can see your form. Street parking is available and inexpensive. When cleaning off equipment they have brown glass bottles with towels - idk why that was so impressive to me but I’m used to getting a disinfectant wet wipe 😂
