    Awesome gym. Lots of equipment in a clean space. After my workout I took a shower and relaxed in the infrared sauna. They have lots of amenities like towels, hair tools, feminine products. Definitely an empowering space to workout in.

    Clara’s class was so fun, I had a great time! The music was a good mix of top 40s and oldies pop with a good beat. I loved that we got to dance it out in the first half, and then did weights and core to music for the second half. The time flew by and it felt good to dance away my worries from the last week! I am definitely signing up for more classes in the future!
