The equipment is great and this class was hard a lot of fast songs but with considerable resistance that really made me feel like I was getting a strong workout. I also really liked that they had a wider range of hand weights. Jill was a great instructor and her queuing was well timed but felt varied throughout class so I was never tuning it out.

see all reviewsTam is extremely genuine and kind, making class more community-oriented and welcoming (especially for newer folks like myself). She gives options based on different strength levels, which is nice. I’d recommend her classes if you’re already a bit familiar with using reformer.

My only note would be that I would love some corrections on my form. There are some things I just know I’m probably doing wrong and I would love some notes on how to do it better! But a really encouraging environment and I would definitely go back!
