Instructor talks pretty fast but there likely will be experienced class attendees in the room to watch as an excellent visual reference. Overall, welcoming place and recommend giving it a try if you’re curious what the practice is all about!

    I had so much fun here! I wish I could’ve put all of my effort into the class, but I have a wrist injury. However, I thought that wouldn’t be affected by spin and unfortunately I wrong… the playlist, instructor, and amazing energy in the room made me want to dance the whole ride and completely disregard the pain in my wrist. So let this be your warning, don’t come here unless you want to have a blast. :)

    Pros: Anna did a good job leading the training and the exercises are interesting and varied. Cons: the kettlebell options were limited (nothing lighter than 10lbs for straight-arm front raises); the training took place in the lower level of the studio which is like a dark dungeon, super depressing after a whole workday indoors. Don’t know why we didn’t use the upper level which has a wall of windows for natural light.
