I loved that we got to dance it out in the first half, and then did weights and core to music for the second half. The time flew by and it felt good to dance away my worries from the last week! I am definitely signing up for more classes in the future!

The locker rooms and showers are in desperate need of updating...they definitely have a 1995 aesthetic. The outside of the building looks a bit like a dilapidated construction storage warehouse, but the inside looks better. Good standard gym, great workout area, could use a locker room reno.

see all reviewsInstructor was super kind - helped modify for my knee and constantly checked in to make sure I was ok. Cute dog named Flex too and lots of equipment. It was an awesome workout and great music. The two things I didn’t love are A) the group of women also taking the class gave the vibe of judgmental / not super friendly b) there was not multiple weight options so everyone had to use the same weight no matter the ability which as a Physical therapist I noticed is not great for form.
