These Fall 2026 Referral Milestone Special Promotion Terms (the "Promotion Terms") constitute a Special Promotion under, and are supplemental to, the ClassPass Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions (the "Refer-A-Friend Terms"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Refer-A-Friend Terms.
For each Friend who signs up and becomes a paying ClassPass subscriber through Referrer’s Referral Link, a Subscription Discount of $20 USD (or the equivalent in Referrer's local billing currency, as determined by ClassPass) will be added to Referrer’s ClassPass account in the Referrer’s next subscription month beginning after the Friend’s tenth day of a paid subscription.
If three Friends referred by Referrer sign up for a ClassPass trial between August 28th, 2026, and October 15th, 2026 (“Promotion Period”), and each Friend becomes a paying subscriber and reaches day ten of their paid subscription before November 15th, 2026, Referrer’s account will be credited an additional $240 USD (or the equivalent in Referrer's local billing currency, as determined by ClassPass) Subscription Discount (“Bonus Subscription Discount”). A Referrer may receive no more than one Bonus Subscription Discount, even if more than three Friends are referred during the Promotion Period.
All eligibility requirements set forth in the Refer-A-Friend Terms apply in full.
These Promotion Terms are governed by, and incorporate by reference, the Refer-A-Friend Terms and the ClassPass Terms of Use. By participating in this Special Promotion, Referrer agrees to be bound by these Promotion Terms, the Refer-A-Friend Terms, and the Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and either the Refer-A-Friend Terms or the Terms of Use with respect to a matter specific to this Promotion, these Promotion Terms shall govern.
This Special Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount, unless otherwise stated by ClassPass. ClassPass reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke this offer, and to invalidate any referral it determines, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible or fraudulent. ClassPass may extend, modify, or terminate this Special Promotion at any time without prior notice.
