JetBlue ClassPass Benefit Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: April 30, 2026

These JetBlue ClassPass Benefit Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the JetBlue ClassPass Benefit (the “Program”) available to JetBlue Premier cardmembers. By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the TrueBlue® program rules, and the ClassPass Terms of Use and related policies (collectively, “ClassPass Terms”), which include the ClassPass Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Benefit

Eligible Program participants will receive 14 ClassPass credits per monthly subscription cycle in an enrolled ClassPass account, provided the participant remains eligible for the Program per the terms in Section 2 below (and subject to change per the Terms). The Program is only available in the cities in the United States where ClassPass subscriptions for offline services are available; not available in Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

2. Customer Eligibility

  • Primary cardmember only. Only the primary JetBlue Premier Card cardmember is eligible to enroll and receive Program credits. Authorized users are not eligible.
  • One enrollment per person. The Program is personal to the eligible primary cardmember. Limit one (1) enrolled ClassPass account per eligible cardmember. You may not enroll multiple ClassPass accounts to receive Program credits.
  • Eligible account required. Your JetBlue Premier Card account must be open and in good standing. If your account is closed, cancelled, or converted/changed to another product, you are no longer eligible for the Program and will stop receiving Program credits.

3. Enrollment and JetBlue Processing Time

Enrollment must be completed through the Program enrollment flow made available via JetBlue/TrueBlue channels and ClassPass.

Eligibility recognition: Please allow up to 5 business days after you receive your JetBlue Premier Card (or otherwise become a new eligible primary cardmember) for systems to recognize your eligibility for the Program. During this period, you may be unable to complete enrollment. Once your eligibility is recognized, enrollment is expected to be available immediately.

Verification / matching: You may be required to use matching identifying information (such as TrueBlue number) between your TrueBlue profile and your ClassPass account to successfully enroll and maintain eligibility.

JetBlue and/or ClassPass may deny enrollment if eligibility cannot be verified.

4. Subscription Cycle and Credit Rules

The Program follows the ClassPass monthly subscription cycle concept (generally a monthly cycle beginning on your enrollment date and renewing monthly thereafter, subject to the ClassPass Terms). Credits in connection with the Program are subject to the ClassPass Terms, including the below:

  • You can cancel or downgrade your ClassPass subscription at any time in your account settings. Learn more about cancelling here and changing your plan here.
  • There are no refunds or payments for unused credits and credits do expire as set forth in the ClassPass credits rollover policy.
  • Late cancellation and missed offering fees apply per these terms.
  • Subscription prices and credit amounts may vary by market and may change.

5. Fees and Charges

JetBlue provides Program credits but does not pay for or reimburse fees or charges imposed by ClassPass or venues, which are instead subject to the ClassPass Terms (including the terms outlined in Section 4 above), unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

6. No Cash Value; Non-Transferability

Program credits have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, traded, bartered, or gifted.

7. Misuse; Fraud; Errors

JetBlue may deny, suspend, revoke, or terminate participation in the Program (and/or withhold Program credits) if JetBlue reasonably believes there has been misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity, including but not limited to: attempting to enroll more than one ClassPass account; providing false information to establish eligibility; selling, transferring, or bartering Program access or credits; or otherwise attempting to circumvent Program rules or eligibility verification.

JetBlue is not responsible for typographical errors, technical failures, or system/process issues that may delay eligibility recognition, enrollment, or Program administration.

8. Third-Party Disclaimer

ClassPass and participating venues are third parties. JetBlue does not own, operate, or control ClassPass or any venues or offerings made available through ClassPass and is not responsible for the availability, quality, safety, or suitability of any ClassPass offerings or services. Participation in any offering is at your own risk and subject to the ClassPass Terms and venue terms/waivers.
