Mask-wearing policies
I am happy to wear a mask if you prefer, I advise clients against wearing a mask when doing Pilates
Social distancing measures
I am happy to keep a distance if required. Otherwise I will be hands on, making adjustments if you consent to that
Ventilation system
I usually keep the window open and fan on if wanted
Extra sanitation
All equipment is cleaned after use, you are welcome to bring your own mat if preferred
