Ventilation system
We keep the doors and windows open to ensure fresh air circulation. During certain seasons, we also utilize a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system for added comfort.
Extra sanitation
All equipment and high touch surfaces will be deep cleaned between each class and between use.
Limited capacity
Held in a small group setting to ensure more personalized attention for each participant. Group classes will have a maximum size of 6 members.
Equipment policies
All equipment or mats must be cleaned by the user after use. Mat rentals are available free of charge for our members.
