Medical grade disinfectant is used for all surfaces both inside and outside of the studio. All hand weight usage is optional and all hand weights are disinfected and never used in back to back classes.

Equipment policies

We encourage riders to bring their own shoes but if you cannot, we will have shoes to borrow for free. No pair of shoes will be used in consecutive classes.
