Vaccination policies

Fully vaccinated individuals can email proof of vaccination to the studio and are welcome to take classes without a mask.

Mask-wearing policies

Masks are optional for vaccinated individuals.

Social distancing measures

Machines are spaced 6 feet apart and people work out in their own individual stations.

Ventilation system

Our new filters clean the air with CASPR (Continuous Air and Surface Pathogen Reduction), which is FDA approved for its performance and use in helping to destroy the COVID-19 virus. CASPR’s technologies put a little muscle into full-scale sanitization efforts.
