see all reviewsI absolutely loved this CrossFit class! The instructor was incredibly supportive, motivating, and uplifting from start to finish. They created such a positive environment and made everyone feel encouraged no matter their fitness level. The workout was challenging but also fun, and the energy in the class was amazing. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back. I will definitely be taking this class many, many, many more times!
