see all reviewsI liked this class but it was confusing as a beginner. They do the demo once or twice but I still struggle with understanding the lingo and making adjustments. I think it will be better if the instructor shows more modifications like "You can also do this..." There was maybe 15 women in this class and there was enough space for everyone. It was a low intensity workout which is perfect for me. I would do this class again & maybe this time I'll be more coordinated lol!
