The fact that they greeted me upon arrival with so much kindness spoke volumes. This was my second foundations class with Ani and I really enjoyed it. I will be booking with her again this upcoming week if availability permits. Beautiful location. I loved to see that there was diversity in age and genders in attendance. Pilates is fundamental for everyone. I recommend this class to all levels of experience because you can customize it to best fit your needs. I am 50 classes into my Pilates journey over the last year and I have stuck with fundamental classes to help my form. This also is my first week back after a month off due to an insanely tight calf muscle that left me with a swollen ankle, a cute pink boot and pretty pink cane to accompany it - I share that to also say, as someone who couldn’t even walk on her own a month ago, if you’re in recovery and cleared to exercise, this is a great place to start! The owner of another location shared with me that Pilates helped her husband recover from serious injuries as well. The Daily Pilates Fundamentals Class is a staple in my wellness journey. 10/10 would highly recommend and I’m booking another class as we speak.
