I had a breakthrough and did things with my body I was told by THREE different doctors, that I wouldn’t be able to do! I cried! This was such a special day for me. I’ll never forget Michelle. She is a part of my healing. I also sat next to Gabby and she helped me throughout the class too! I cannot WAIT to take one of her classes! Book the class! It’s more than worth it. 💕🫶🏼 And also….. It is a special place, definitely my favorite yoga environment I’ve been to in Brooklyn - very understated, beautiful, and welcoming. The quick essential oil massage at the end is such a nice touch. It was a great slow flow to decompress and let go of the week and she did a great job at keeping every move very intentional and grounding. The space is super cozy and the adjacent lounge is awesome for chilling and grabbing a drink after class. Such an amazing community space with the best second-living-room feeling. I’ll be coming back!
