I loved the strength focus on various body parts with different tools such as TRX bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, bike, etc. Cole provided easy to understand demonstrations of exercises and personal support/form checks for any exercise you may need extra assistance with. Workout was similar to supersets/circuit training but emphasized shorter time intervals, heavy weights and overall conditioning. Cole was also super friendly and encouraging. Class had at least 10 people. Definitely would recommend

see all reviewsThe best coach ever if you need form corrections- she has such a keen and intentional eye that I genuinely feel proud of my growth when she sees me do a move and doesn't have any constructive criticism, because she's helped me grow SO much! I fully trust if I'm doing any move where I can improve that I will be spotted and guided through how to adjust. I've been grieving the loss of a pet this week and haven't been in the mood to workout at allll, but today Alexa's class was the first 50 minutes all week I didn't feel sad because I was so locked in and inspired- and felt genuinely good after todays class, I'm grateful for that!

see all reviewsI’ve been going to Tizana’s for a few weeks now, and it is by far my favorite spot to put in some work! Tizana is very motivating and has created a great community and vibe in her gym. She makes you feel comfortable, but pushes you to to go harder. It feels like I am apart of a team when I go there and I am always glad I went after finishing a workout. Highly recommend.
