    Original 90

I always enjoy going to this class. Heat is great and there is enough room to spread out and not feel like your exchanging sweat with your neighbor. This teacher was good. However, some white noise would go along way to block out the neighbors noise which is very distracting when trying to be zen.

Much slower paced than I’m used to, but I think that’s because it was my first 90 min class, and by the middle/end, I had felt soooo good! I also appreciated Lucy’s instructions regarding proper posture/alignment for poses. I really liked that Emilie took a lot of time to make sure that the poses were correct. I think a lot of times in yoga I kind of sneak by with not doing things correctly. This class made sure that I had all of the body positions, correct (or at least close!). Definitely read the class description. I thought that I was intermediate, but I might be more like a beginner 😉

    Intro to Classical Pilates

I enjoyed this class. it was very easy and perfect for beginners. It’s super small so you get all the help you need. The instructor can be pretty forward and will touch you as needed but it can be pretty jarring if you’re not comfortable with so much touch (on the legs, knees, back).
