see all reviewsW O W Kate’s energy is immaculate! I was STRUGGLING but SHE KEPT ME GOING! I highly recommend this class to anyone who is eager to strength train and really want to push themselves! However, with that said, it can be a little risky for those who are older or not as mobile because you’ll be standing in a puddle of sweat and still moving kettlebells or dumbbells all around (above your head, on your pelvis, around your body, etc.), so that’s just one thing to keep in mind!

I actually was getting my vitamin injections from a place a few doors down at a med spa, but they always had the snootiest/Hollywood attitudes. I used to feel bed for paying them. One day, while they were having me wait for an undisclosed amount of time, with zerp empathy per usual, LOL, I went for a walk, and passed Cryo Healthcare. I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! When I went inside, not only were their prices better, but their attitudes were waaaay better. So glad I discovered they're doing these shots. I'm so happy with my experience whenever I visit!

Couple little things that I’d mention: there is no shower (which was not advertised but still worth mentioning) so plan it well to be able to go home after. Also I had to ask to restart the timer. They set it up the moment I’ve entered the room, so but the moment I got inside was 10 min less. Other then that the blanket does what it promotes:) it does make you sweat a lot!
