I loved being able to see them model more advanced moves in addition to teaching us the basics, it helps me as I am a visual learner. Being in a physical studio can improve your confidence so much and the class had great vibes. I’ll be happy to join again!

But my sneakers were too sticky to the floor for spin moves so maybe bring shoes that could be more spin friendly lol. I just wish the class were a little longer.
