She was very attentive to everyone in the room. She had a great sequence that made us work a variety of muscle groups but what I noticed most was how she made us feel! And that was supported, like we were seen, and like we were trying our best. THIS is the type of instructor you want to take class with when you’re having a rough day or need a pick me up! 10/10

She gave us the choice to adjust the springs to our desired difficulty for each set of exercises. She adapted the class to the level of the students by adding an extra ab challenge to the workout. I would highly recommend for all levels and ages.
