    All Level Flow

This class was faster than I thought - not much stretching or holding poses - but I liked it! I wouldn’t recommend if this is your first time taking a yoga class, probably a little too fast. But I felt very relaxed at the end! Melissa was great at teaching and explaining everything!

    Science of Self: Masterclass

What a gem. The studio has the ambiance of a cute boutique, but is spacious with showers, changing areas, and a large studio with a wall of windows to practice. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the other students were kind and inclusive. The 2 hour master class I attended was challenging, incorporating both Bikram and Ashtanga poses and transitions. Anthony was a warm instructor and I very much enjoyed my time here. if I wasn't from out of town visiting, I'd definitely return.

    Meditation (Sound Bath)

Ladies, I came in this class, not knowing what to expect. I felt so heavy today and literally driving. I heard the word soundbath. I looked it up on TikTok what it meant and immediately booked a sound bath class and it was here. The instructor even said that she felt the heaviness with each one of us in the room, but it immediately was washed away. All I can say is this is the class we have to human being take time for ourselves. It’s imperative to meditate and have solutions of healing from within. You will be blown away by the beauty of this place the gentleness of the instructor. And just the piece that you will have after you leave their space.

    Pilates AF

I wish the instructor was on the machine a little more to explain/show the moves cause a lot of us were confused but it was a good class and I'd def book it again. The Pilates AF is more of the traditional Pilates, it wasn't very intense.
