They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Class was well paced and I could hear the instructor clearly with no difficulty, which was my greatest fear!!! Kayla also made sure to welcome me to my first class and ask about any injuries. As a newbie I referenced the screens for reminders and used lower weights.
