Just disappointing to see the studio move from spray and washable cloths to disposable wipes. They’re flimsy, and you’d need to use a huge amount of them to properly clean your mat after a class. Single use items should be a thing of the past- hope this this studio can do better

We went through a whole-body warm up routine with a lot of interesting dynamic stretches and strengthening, and then we went through exciting circuits to develop our range of motion. Jatie is super engaging and very knowledgeable. Their teaching instructions and demos are super clear. Their energy is super contagious. The venue is awesome too. A great studio with great props and great facilities super close to the tube. I’m defo coming back! 🙌🏽
